We don't install prefabricated pods or bolt-together cabins. Every garden room is designed from scratch and built on-site — the same craftsmanship we bring to every project we take on.
W&D Extensions & Conversions
Rear extensions, loft rooms, garage conversions — spaces you walk past every day without realising their value. We handle everything from structural work to final finish.
No Planning Permission Required
Many extensions and garden rooms qualify under Permitted Development rights — meaning no planning application, no delays, and a guaranteed outcome if the rules are met. We handle the entire process.
Detached houses: up to 8m rear single-storey extension under the Larger Home Extension Scheme
Semi & terraced: up to 3m rear extension (neighbour consultation scheme applies for 3–6m)
Outbuildings: max 4m height dual-pitched roof, 3m flat roof, 2.5m if within 2m of boundary
We recommend a Lawful Development Certificate — legal peace of mind for future buyers
